1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the VisionFlow AI mobile application or website ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not use or access the Service.

2. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

VisionFlow AI offers premium features, processing capabilities, and content via in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions. All such purchases and subscriptions are billed, managed, and processed entirely through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account, depending on your device.

Refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes are strictly governed by the policies of Apple and Google. To cancel a subscription, modify your payment method, or request a refund, you must do so through your respective app store's device settings or support channels. VisionFlow AI cannot directly manage your billing, cancel your subscription, or issue a refund.

3. User Content & AI Processing

You retain full ownership rights to all original photos, images, and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant VisionFlow AI a limited, temporary, non-exclusive license to process, store, and modify these images on our secure cloud servers solely for the purpose of delivering the requested AI editing and restoration features to you. We do not use your photos to train our foundational AI models, and all uploaded images are stored securely with zero API key exposure.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with these Terms. You are strictly prohibited from uploading, generating, or sharing content that:

• Is illegal, defamatory, abusive, or promotes hate speech or violence.
• Contains sexually explicit material, non-consensual intimacy, or child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Constitutes non-consensual deepfakes or impersonation of others without their explicit, documented permission.

VisionFlow AI reserves the right to suspend or immediately terminate accounts that violate this policy, and we may report severe violations to appropriate law enforcement authorities without notice.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties for AI

VisionFlow AI utilizes advanced artificial intelligence systems to edit, restore, and generate images. Because AI generation is probabilistic by nature, we do not guarantee the exactness, flawless quality, or physical accuracy of the final output. Minor artifacts, distortions, or unexpected visual results may occur. The Service and its generated outputs are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VisionFlow AI, its affiliates, directors, or employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service or any generated content. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
